Billy J. Parkhill, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Billy J. Parkhill was born on July 19, 1946, in Dallas, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas State University where he graduated with high honors. Dr. Parkhill received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and did his post-doctoral work at the University of California at Berkeley. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Parkhill served his radiology residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where he was chief radiology resident from 1980 to 1981. He has been certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1982. Dr. Parkhill is married and has four children.
