Dr. Philip W. Clifford was born on November 24, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Clifford served his radiology residency at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, where he was Chief Radiology Resident from 1978 to 1979. He moved to Paris in 1979 to practice medicine as a radiologist, joining the practice of his father, James L. Clifford, M.D. He has been certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1979.
