Dr. Dennis W. Schmidt was born on July 26, 1945, in Wharton, Texas. Dr. Schmidt received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1979. He served his radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas, from 1979 to 1983. He has been certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1983. Dr. Schmidt is married and has two children.
